2007 Columbia Valley Semillon – $16.00

This Semillon is produced from 25 year old vines in the Waluke Slope. This Semillon has bright acidity which transforms into a rich viscous mouth feel. This wine displays aromatics of apricots, honeysuckle and figs.

2008 Columbia Valley Viognier – $16.00

This Viognier has gentle notes of melon and stone fruits. On the palate, a smooth mouth feel and balanced acidity makes this wine ideal to raise the spirit. Best drank in the company of family and friends!

2008 Yakima Valley Pinot Grigio – $16.00

This wine is wonderfully balanced with complex stone fruit aromatics of pears and white peaches with a hint of citrus zest. On the palate bright acidity transitions into a mouth watering finish.

2007 Miercoles – $19.00

Miercoles is an "everyday" wine. Miercoles is a spanish word meaning Wednesday. This wine is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauuvignon and 40% Syrah. Both grapes are from the Pepper Bridge Vineyard in the Walla Walla Valley. This wine offers the best of both varities, with blackberry and raspberry fruit contributed from the syrah and cassis from the Cabernet. Spicey notes of pepper and smoke give way to herbal aromas of mint and fennel. Finishing on the nose are rich aromatics of coco butter and dark chocolate that mingle with a full palate settling into a smooth subtle finish. 250 cases were produced this year.

2007 Tempranillo – $28.00

This Spanish varietal is from Rosebud Vineyard in the Wahluke Slope and has considerable depth for a Tempranillo. Exotic wild berry and wild flower nose with loamy smells are introduced immediately to the nose. This wine is deliciously plump and chewy on the palate. The back is coated with dark fruits, marked by notes of cola, roasted berries, liorice, scorched earth and sweet/dry tannins which dance to a crescendo finishing with a rich lingering mouthfeel. 121 cases produced. This wine is a steal for $28.00.
