2nd Annual Salsa Under the Stars will have music, food and fun! Music from Dos Gardenias will accompany your dinner and dancing. This year we will be serving food from the salsa dancing countries of the world. Tickets are $75 per person, reservations are needed before Sept. 4th, 2011. To make reservations please call Katie at 541-558-3656 with your credit card information ready. Ticket price includes two glasses of wine or sangria.

Menu:
Black bean salad
-a crisp Mexican salad with local herbs and avocados
Chorizo rice
-savory rice with Mexican chorizo and a blend of traditional Spanish herbs
Yucca Almojo Islena
-Cuban style cassavo root bathed in garlic with tomato sauce
Shawarma Chicken
-full flavored chicken with all the spices of the Mediterranean
Sofrito Chicken
- Puerto Rican spices and vegetables combined for a robust flavor
Carne Asada
- "adobo" seasoned beef (a Caribbean tradition)
Roasted Garlic Tomatoes and Thyme
-homeland inspired tomatoes baked in thyme covered in roasted garlic
Baked Plantains with Guava and Mozzarella
-a sweet Venezuelan treat
